Emotions

In the last two weeks we have looked at Resilience - Emotional Awareness (understanding emotions) and Impulses. I have come to realise that emotions or these things mean that they impact your life and the way you act.

Being able to control my emotions in different situations avoids me getting in trouble and certain situations that can impact my life

Knowing how to react and respond in situations rather than acting on impulses means i know how to act properly and behave my self
