Stormy Night

This term we have been learning about weather. In art I created a stormy night picture. First I dyed my background using dark blue dye, black, light blue. Next we changed to do make our silhouette First I created my town with white crayons. Then I got some scissors  and cut the silhouette out. After we had to create our storm cloud with black paint. Then we draw our lightning with white paint. Then I went glue my silhouette on to my art and write our name. Here is my weather art

               

           
           

Penguin art

For the last two weeks we have been making penguin art. First we had to sketch the penguin Next we had to paint the black Then we had to paint on the yellow and orange. After that we had to paint the white on the white here is mine

Weather art

For literacy we are learning about weather. We use crayon and dye to create a rainy day picture. First I used white crayon to draw the rain. Next I drew a rainbow with crayons, I ha to make sure there were no white bits in the rainbow. After That I used different colors of dye to paint the cloudy dark sky.
